Our two cream legbar cross hens are roaming the garden freely over winter. We’re hoping they’ll do their bit to reduce the slug and snail population before spring. Here they are at the back door on yet another dull, wet day – when are we going to see some sunshine?

This is a view most guests don’t see. The shot was taken from behind our outhouse towards Butterton Clews in the South West. Most of our weather comes in from this direction and often offers up beautiful skies – here’s hoping I can capture one soon!
