How to Book
To book your luxury, self catering break at The Barn at Ivy House Farm, first check availability in the list to the left and then use the contact form, email lucy.kanan @ ivyhousefarm.com or call 01298 687006 for a booking form.
The cottage is also advertised through English Country Cottages who restrict the number of bookings we can take directly between April and October. You can book through them here:

Arrival and Departure
As is fairly standard in the self catering cottage industry, we ask that you arrive after 3pm at the start of your break and leave before 10am on your final day. This allows us the maximum time to thoroughly clean and prepare the cottage for the next guests.
We always aim to present the cottage in immaculate condition and we really appreciate it when guests have a quick "scoot around" to leave it tidy and ready for cleaning.
