HOW TO BOOK THE BARN AT IVY HOUSE FARM
1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Look for the dates you'ld like to stay in the calendar to the left.
We do our best to keep this calendar up to date but please do not take it as gospel.
2. CALL OR EMAIL US
Having found a suitable date, please call us on 01298 687006 or email us using our contact form to check that the Barn is available.
This is obviously a good opportunity for you to ask any questions too.
If the Barn is available and you wish to book it, we will then send you a booking form by post or email.
3. RETURN YOUR BOOKING FORM
Please complete the booking form and return it with a deposit of 25% of your booking fee.
We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and confirm your booking.
4. PAY THE BALANCE
Your balance will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
We will confirm receipt of the balance by email or phone.
